Addiction treatment in Akron, Ohio
Find your way back.
Outpatient addiction care built around real life, with a team that understands the pressure of careers that don't stop, including medicine and first response.
Levels of care
As much support as you need. No more, no less.
Recovery isn’t one size. We help you find the level of care that fits right now, and adjust it as you get stronger.
Partial hospitalization
The most structure we offer. Treatment most of the day, then home or sober housing at night.
IOPIntensive outpatient
Several sessions a week, planned so you can keep up with work and family.
OPOutpatient
Regular therapy and steady support as you settle into everyday life in recovery.
Who we serve
Built for people who carry a lot.
We work with men and women across Ohio, and we have a particular focus on medical professionals and first responders.
If your job is taking care of other people, asking for help can feel like a risk. You may worry about your license, your reputation, or what your colleagues would think. We take that seriously, and we plan treatment with your schedule and your privacy in mind.
What we treat
Start with what’s going on.

When drinking has stopped being a choice, or stopping feels out of reach.

Heroin, fentanyl and prescription painkillers, with medication options explained plainly.
Learn more →Drug use
Stimulants, sedatives and other substances, including more than one at a time.
Learn more →PTSD and trauma
What you’ve seen and survived can drive substance use. We look at both together.
Learn more →Thoughts and habits
Practical therapy that helps you spot triggers and change how you respond to them.

The first step is a conversation.
Reach out
Call or send a message. You can ask questions for yourself or someone you love, and you don’t have to commit to anything.
Talk it through
We’ll ask what’s been happening and what you need, then explain which level of care may fit and what comes next.
Begin with a plan
If we’re the right fit, we’ll set up your start. If you need something we don’t offer, we’ll help you look for the right place.
Do I have to stop working to get treatment?
Not always. Outpatient programs are designed so many people can keep working, and we’ll talk through what’s realistic for you. Some people do need more time away early on, and that’s nothing to be ashamed of.
Do you provide detox?
Tell us what you’re using when you call, and we’ll talk through how withdrawal would be handled and where. Stopping alcohol, benzodiazepines or opioids suddenly can be dangerous, so please talk to a medical professional before you quit on your own.
Can I call about someone else?
Yes. Many of our first conversations start with a worried spouse, parent, friend or coworker.
Is it confidential?
Privacy matters here. Treatment records are protected by federal privacy law, and we’ll explain how that works and when information could be shared.
Reach out
You don’t have to have it figured out.
Just start with what you know. We’ll take it from there.
